Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting systems according to design specifications and industry standards.
  
• Perform site assessments including measuring, evaluating roof conditions, and identifying hazards.
  
• Connect solar panels to the electrical system and perform wiring tasks.
  
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.
  
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.
  
• Communicate effectively with team members, engineers, and clients.
  
• Complete documentation and reports for completed projects. 
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

• High school diploma or technical degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy (preferred).
  
• Proven experience in solar PV system installation (1+ years preferred).
  
• Understanding of electrical wiring, conduit bending, and safety protocols.
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in outdoor environments.
  
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

المهام/المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

تركيب الألواح الشمسية، ومحولات الطاقة، وأنظمة التركيب وفقًا لمواصفات التصميم ومعايير الصناعة.
إجراء تقييمات للموقع، بما في ذلك القياس، وتقييم حالة الأسطح، وتحديد المخاطر.
توصيل الألواح الشمسية بالنظام الكهربائي، وتنفيذ أعمال الأسلاك.
ضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح ومعايير السلامة المحلية.
استكشاف مشاكل أداء النظام وإصلاحها.
الحفاظ على الأدوات والمعدات والمواد في حالة جيدة.
التواصل بفعالية مع أعضاء الفريق والمهندسين والعملاء.
إكمال التوثيق والتقارير للمشاريع المنجزة.

المعرفة والمهارات والقدرات:

يُفضل أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو شهادة فنية في الكهرباء أو الطاقة المتجددة.
خبرة مثبتة في تركيب أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية (يفضل سنة واحدة فأكثر).
فهم الأسلاك الكهربائية، وثني الأنابيب، وبروتوكولات السلامة.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات الفنية.
لياقة بدنية وراحة في العمل على المرتفعات أو في البيئات الخارجية.
إلمام أساسي بالأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية.
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
