Project Officer

*Responsibilities:

Lead and manage research projects, studies, assessments, and field surveys from inception to completion.
Develop workplans, methodologies, data collection tools, and implementation timelines.
Coordinate with field teams, technical experts, and data staff to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee data quality, analysis, and the preparation of research reports and final deliverables.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, technical standards, and agreed deadlines.
Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Support the preparation of technical proposals for new research and assessment assignments.

*Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in research projects, assessments, studies, or field-based surveys.
Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and data collection tools.
Experience in report writing, data analysis, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent command of English and good command of Arabic, especially in professional writing and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox or ODK.
Good understanding of the Syrian operational context and field implementation challenges.

قيادة وإدارة المشاريع البحثية والدراسات والتقييمات والمسوح الميدانية من مرحلة التخطيط وحتى الإنجاز النهائي.
إعداد خطط العمل، والمنهجيات، وأدوات جمع البيانات، والجداول الزمنية للتنفيذ.
التنسيق مع الفرق الميدانية، والخبراء الفنيين، وفرق إدارة البيانات لضمان تنفيذ سلس وفعّال.
الإشراف على جودة البيانات، وتحليلها، وإعداد التقارير البحثية والمخرجات النهائية.
ضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات الجهات المتعاقدة، والمعايير الفنية، والمواعيد النهائية المتفق عليها.
الحفاظ على تواصل فعّال مع العملاء والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
دعم إعداد المقترحات الفنية لمشاريع البحث والتقييم الجديدة.

*المتطلبات:

درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة مثل الاقتصاد، إدارة الأعمال، العلوم الاجتماعية، الإحصاء، الهندسة، دراسات التنمية، أو أي تخصص مشابه.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجالات البحث، أو التقييمات، أو الدراسات، أو المسوحات الميدانية.
معرفة قوية بأساليب البحث الكمية والنوعية وأدوات جمع البيانات.
خبرة في إعداد التقارير، وتحليل البيانات، وتنسيق فرق العمل متعددة التخصصات.
إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية وإجادة جيدة للغة العربية، لا سيما في الكتابة المهنية وإعداد التقارير.
إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office والإلمام بمنصات جمع البيانات الرقمية مثل KoboToolbox أو ODK.
فهم جيد للسياق التشغيلي في سوريا وتحديات التنفيذ الميداني.
