Sales Representative

- Job Title: Sales Representative.

- Location: Aleppo.

- Job Type: Full-time.

- Company: Traditional Aleppo Laurel Soap Factory.

*Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.

• Communicate effectively in English with tourists and foreign customers.

• Carry out sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Receive merchandise, label items with barcodes, enter them into the system, and maintain organized inventory records.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.

• Provide product information and confidently recommend suitable options.

• Assist with basic accounting tasks when required.

• Support daily workflow and contribute to a positive team environment.

*Requirements:

• Strong English-speaking skills (essential).

• Excellent communication skills; confident, articulate, and personable.

• Accounting background is preferred.

• Experience with barcode systems and inventory management.

• Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

المسؤوليات:

• استقبال الزبائن ومساعدتهم بطريقة ودودة ومهنية. 
• التواصل الفعّال باللغة الإنجليزية مع السياح والزبائن الأجانب.
  
• تنفيذ عمليات البيع بدقة وسرعة.
• استلام البضائع، وضع الباركود، وإدخالها في النظام وحفظ سجلات الجرد بشكل منظّم.
• متابعة مستويات المخزون والتنسيق لإعادة التزويد عند الحاجة.
• الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة البيع.
• تقديم معلومات عن المنتجات واقتراح الخيارات المناسبة بثقة.
• المساعدة في المهام المحاسبية البسيطة عند الحاجة.
• دعم سير العمل اليومي والمساهمة في بيئة فريق إيجابية.

المتطلبات:

• (مهارات قوية في التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية (أساسي.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة؛ طلاقة في الكلام وشخصية واثقة واجتماعية.
• يفضّل أن تكون المتقدمة من خلفية محاسبية.
• خبرة في أنظمة الباركود وإدارة الجرد.
• وجود خبرة في خدمة الزبائن يُعد ميزة إضافية.
• مظهر مهني وسلوك إيجابي.
