We are looking for L2 Helpdesk Technician who will be responsible for ensure the security and integrity of computer operations and systems development in accordance with the strategic plan, IT plan and regulatory responsibilities.
About the Role
Customers
- IT Support telephone line to be answered in a timely manner.
Learning and Growing
- Achieve optimum productivity and efficiency with the assigned team by implementing proper processes, assigning appropriate task and responsibilities and setting and measuring both individual and team-based KPI's.
- Continuous improvement and support of our Business Units, fostering maximised outcomes for all key stakeholders.
- Work as a team to actively seek to assist others to achieve overall business goals, ensuring involvement in activities as required.
Internal Processes
- Closing of Level1 support tickets for the Group's IT systems.
- Head office PC setup as per SOA.
- Documentation of key accountabilities.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as directed by Manager and Senior Management or as required by the Group to ensure maximum output of the Company is achieved.
- Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures - WHS, Employment Conditions, Operating Procedures and all other co directives.
- Align work activities to core values aligning with Our Customers', Our Teams' and Our Products.
- Commitment to the advocacy and use of our primary internal communication and training platform used by the business.
Financial Performance
- Ensure that correct financial procedures are followed.
- Demonstration that correct financial for all projects.
- Deliver IT projects within financial restraints.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications preferred
- OS certification preferred
- Project management experience
- Exposure to ERP systems
- High-level understanding of networking technologies and equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Ability to work proactively as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
- Analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to work in a hybrid set-up (3 days onsite in Alabang)
