We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago, currently a global team of 250, we have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.
Our client is a leading Australian education platform and online school dedicated to transforming the way their students approach the financial markets.
We are seeking a senior, commercially minded and highly capable Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across our courses, Academy, campaigns, events and student acquisition channels.
Our client is in a hyper-growth phase, so this role suits someone who can think strategically, move quickly and build scalable marketing systems that drive measurable growth.
Core Purpose of the Role
The core purpose of this role is to build and execute marketing systems that help client scale.
The role exists to:
- Generate more qualified leads.
- Improve lead-to-enquiry conversion.
- Improve enquiry-to-enrolment conversion.
- Increase awareness of client's courses and the client's Academy.
- Build trust and credibility through content, testimonials and student outcomes.
- Improve campaign performance through data, testing and optimisation.
- Support client's continued hyper-growth with structured, measurable and scalable marketing activity.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop and execute growth-focused marketing strategies across client's courses, Academy, masterclasses, webinars, events and student acquisition campaigns.
- Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with enrolment targets, revenue goals and business priorities.
- Work with the COO and leadership team to refine campaign strategy, messaging, positioning and growth opportunities.
- Identify priority audience segments and create marketing activity tailored to each stage of the student decision-making journey.
- Build campaign calendars, launch plans and promotional schedules to support consistent lead generation and enrolment growth.
- Identify new channels and opportunities for scalable growth.
- Coordinate marketing activity across sales, Academy, partnerships and educators to improve campaign alignment and customer experience.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Own and optimise client's lead-generation activity across downloadable resources, course guides, landing pages, website forms, webinars, events and opt-ins.
- Build, manage and improve email nurture sequences using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Improve conversion performance across the full customer journey from prospect through to enrolment and long-term engagement.
- Monitor conversion performance across all funnel stages and recommend practical improvements.
- Work with the enrolment team to ensure leads are followed up effectively and insights from sales conversations are fed back into marketing campaigns.
- Create campaigns that move warm leads toward enquiry calls, course applications, event registrations or enrolment decisions.
Digital Marketing & Paid Media
- Manage client's digital marketing channels, including website content, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, retargeting and landing pages.
- Coordinate or manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Review campaign performance and recommend budget allocation based on lead quality, conversion rates and return on investment.
- Maintain and improve course pages, Academy pages, lead magnet pages and campaign landing pages.
- Ensure tracking, pixels, analytics and reporting tools are correctly implemented in collaboration with developers or suppliers.
Content, Copywriting & Brand
- Plan, write and coordinate marketing content across email, social media, website pages, ads, landing pages, brochures, course guides and campaign materials.
- Translate educator insights, course content, live calls, webinars, testimonials and student outcomes into high-value marketing assets.
- Create compelling copy that builds trust, communicates value clearly and drives action.
- Ensure all marketing materials are professional, accurate, on-brand and aligned with client's tone of voice.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, video editors, educators and other suppliers to produce campaign assets.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form social content, emails, ads, landing page copy and campaign assets.
Social Media & Community Growth
- Lead social media planning, scheduling, publishing and performance review.
- Create content that supports authority, credibility, education, engagement and lead generation.
- Identify opportunities to grow client's online presence through organic content, partnerships, collaborations and community-led marketing.
- Support campaigns that highlight the client Academy, student experience, educators and graduate success stories.
- Use social media as both a brand and growth channel.
Testimonials, Case Studies & Social Proof
- Build a structured process for collecting, approving and publishing student testimonials, graduate stories and case studies.
- Use student outcomes and success stories across the website, email campaigns, social media, paid ads, course guides and landing pages.
- Work with the team to identify strong student stories that demonstrate transformation, confidence, education and practical outcomes.
- Maintain an organised library of testimonials, case studies, student quotes, screenshots and approved proof assets.
Partnerships & Referral Growth
- Support partnership campaigns, affiliate-style opportunities, referral initiatives and collaborative promotions.
- Identify potential partners, podcasts, communities, creators or organisations that could expand client's reach.
- Coordinate co-marketing campaigns, partner content or promotional opportunities where relevant.
- Track the performance of partnership and referral activity.
- Recommend scalable referral or ambassador-style initiatives where appropriate.
Reporting, Analytics & Optimisation
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, including leads, enquiries, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, campaign ROI, website traffic, landing page performance and email engagement.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to the COO.
- Build simple dashboards or reports that clearly show what is working, what is not working and what should happen next.
- Run tests across copy, creative, landing pages, email subject lines, calls to action and campaign audiences.
- Provide clear recommendations after each major campaign, including what should be scaled, changed or stopped.
Compliance & Responsible Marketing
- Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, responsible and aligned with client's brand standards.
- Ensure campaigns do not make misleading claims about trading, investing, income, returns or financial outcomes.
- Work with leadership to review sensitive marketing claims before publishing.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accuracy and trust across all public-facing marketing.
- Ensure testimonials and student outcomes are used responsibly and with appropriate approval.

Within the first 90 days, the Senior Growth Marketing Manager will be expected to:
- Complete an audit of client's current marketing funnel.
- Review current lead magnets, course guide download pathways and nurture sequences.
- Review current website pages, landing pages and conversion pathways.
- Review current email marketing, social media, paid advertising and campaign activity.
- Build a clear 90-day growth marketing plan.
- Establish or improve weekly and monthly marketing reporting.
- Identify quick wins across website, email, campaigns and lead generation.
- Launch or optimise at least one major lead-generation campaign.
- Create or improve a structured process for collecting testimonials and case studies.
- Recommend the highest-priority opportunities for scaling lead generation and enrolment conversion.
