Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience in a travel coordination / agent role, ideally with medical repatriation experience.

Our client assists to bring home sick and/or injured travelers by sending nurses/paramedics/doctors on short notice around the world to repatriate the patients on commercial flights or private jets. You are responsible for quoting the missions on short notice then supporting the missions once quotes are approved.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage inboxes
  • Respond to client enquiries
  • Prepare quotes:

    • Labour
    • Flights
    • Accom
    • Misc costs
  • Follow up quotes with clients
  • Work with travel agents/travel booking platforms to hold/book flights and accom
  • Prepare mission briefs (similar to travel itinerary)
  • Manage expenditure and reconcile invoice

What We're Seeking:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the travel industry
  • Medical repatriation experience highly regarded
  • Bachelors degree in a related field, RN highly regarded
