Generalist Accountant | Australian Accounts | Day Shift | Hybrid

**You must be able and willing to work on a hybrid arrangement in Filinvest City (Asian Star Building)**

Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

We are seeking an experienced Generalist / Management Accountant, who has a minimum 3 years experience on an Australian account, ideally supporting a retail business with brick and mortar stores.

Reporting

· FX rate

· Assist with month-end close activities, including preparation of journals, schedules etc

· ABS reporting by due dates as required

General Ledger Integrity

· Monthly reconciliations

· Capitalisation of new assets and updating depreciation rates in accordance

· with accounting policy and tax guidelines.

Forecasting

· Assist businesses with budget preparation

· Support of functional budget requirements

· Assist with periodic forecasting as required

· (minimum quarterly for the Group)

Other

· Maintenance of Chart of

· Performing stock revaluations and write-offs as and when required.

· Assist with GL coding inquiries and requests.

· Assist with annual audit schedules and audit queries.

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years of proven work experience as accountant within an AUS entity
• Qualified accountant
• Experience with OneOffice highly regarded
