Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

You will have a minimum 3 years experience on a logistics / freight account, ideally within Australia

Pioneer program, our client is a leading Australian full stack logistics and freight provider, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide omni-channel support to customers (voice, chat, email etc)
  • Provide accurate information when quoting transit times, pricing and other information
  • Resolve complex customer concerns accurately and in real time
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

What We're Seeking:

  • A minimum 3+ years experience on a logistics, freight account in a CSR capacity
  • Bachelors Degree
