Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Onsite | Day Shift)

Unique opportunity, reporting directly to the COO our of onshore sister company - you would be our first TA / sourcing hire. We envisage you quickly growing our talent team, and moving into a leadership role within 12 months.

This role is onsite, in Alabang.

Platinum Outsourcing is one of Australia's fastest growing companies, we are a co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago, currently a global team of 250, we have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

Must haves:

• 5-7 years of end to end recruitment experience in a Tier 1 BPO company
• Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• You are tech savvy and have worked with an ATS that has an AI component
