We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago, currently a global team of 250, we have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

We are seeking a Nurse Administrative Officer who will play a dual role in ensuring workplace health and safety while supporting administrative operations. This position is responsible for providing basic medical care and health monitoring to employees, coordinating compliance with sanitary and occupational health requirements, and assisting with administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly. The role requires a balance of clinical knowledge and organizational skills, making it vital to both employee well-being and efficient office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide medical support by administering first aid, monitoring employee health, and responding to emergencies as needed.
  2. Maintain accurate employee health records, incident reports, health monitoring logs and compliance documentation.
  3. Organize wellness programs including medical checkups, vaccination drives, and health awareness activities
  4. Assist HR and Safety teams with return‑to‑work evaluations and fit‑to‑work assessments.
  5. Oversee compliance with sanitary, occupational health, and safety standards.
  6. Manage medical supplies by overseeing inventory, replenishing stock, and ensuring the availability of firstaid and sanitation materials.
  7. Promote employee wellness by providing guidance on hygiene, preventive care, and healthy workplace practices.
  8. Serve as a key member of the company's emergency response team and provide guidance on first aid and emergency procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
  2. At least 1 year of clinical or administrative experience in a healthcare or corporate setting.
  3. Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
  4. Ability to work independently and collaborate with HR, Safety, and Management teams.
  5. Familiarity with occupational health, safety, and sanitary requirements.
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Google Workspace and record management.
