Multimedia Designer & 3D Specialist | Hybrid | Dayshift

Hybrid in Alabang, 3 days in office, 2 days WFH.

Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

Our client is one of the world's most recognisable brands and is building their pioneer team here in Manila.

We are seeking five experienced Multimedia Designers, with a minimum of 5 years experience across rich media and 2D, 3D models. Experience working for a sportsbook in the US or Australian market, or in gaming / streaming will be highly regarded

What You'll Do:

• Create 2D, 3D models, animations, graphics, and storyboards
• Develop motion graphics and edit video content
• Select and mix sound for video projects
• Produce visuals that drive engagement and align with each channels best practices and resonate with diverse audiences.
• Contribute ideas during creative concept development

What We're Seeking:

• 5+ years experience in digital design or a studio/agency environment.
• Strong skills in:
  • Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Figma
  • 3D modelling and animation (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, typography, and layout
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design trends and innovation
