Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time).
We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.
You will have a minimum 5 years experience in online community management / curation (Circle, Discord, Facebook Groups, or similar) with experience in online education.

What You'll Do:
- Welcome new members and ensure they feel oriented and encouraged to participate.
- Spark discussions, Q&A threads, polls, and challenges to drive daily engagement.
- Repurpose existing content (webinars, lessons, videos) into bite-sized community posts.
- Draft weekly newsletters or highlight reels for Academy members.
- Support the Ambassador Program: spotlight members, organise member-led sessions, and amplify ambassador contributions.
- Prepare content clips, visuals, or summaries for community sharing.
- Monitor Academy analytics (active members, posts, comments) and provide weekly reports
- Collaborate with the Senior Social Media Manager to align Academy content with external campaigns.
What We're Seeking:
- A minimum 5 years experience in online community management / curation (Circle, Discord, Facebook Groups, or similar) with experience in online education
- Strong content writing, editing, and repurposing skills
- Experience supporting ambassador or referral programs
- Basic Video editing or graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express
- Bachelors Degree in related field
