Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 3 years ago (and growing to 170+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 200+ employees by April of this year.

You will have a minimum 3 years experience on a retail / ecomm account, with a focus on logistics support.

VERY FAST growing program, our client is a leading Australian and New Zealand electronics retail company, with over 150 stores in both Australia and New Zealand, and 3000 onshore employees.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide omni-channel support to a vast network or retail stores
  • Keying of both orders and returns
  • Logistics support, i.e.. liasing with shipping providers and getting updates on lead times
  • Management of backorders
  • Reporting

What We're Seeking:

  • 3+ years experience on a retail / ecomm account, with a focus on logistics support
  • Intermediate Excel skills
