Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time).
We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant. You will have ideally worked within a industrial services or project-based environment.
Our client is a global leader in the supply of equipment, rentals and services to critical industries, employing more than 2500 people across US, Canada, UK, UK & Europe, Middle East & North Africa, and Asia Pacific.
This role involves travel to and from Australia a few times per year.

The Role:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Proactively manage the Regional Presidents calendar, prioritising time and focus in line with business needs.
- Coordinate travel across sites and countries, ensuring logistics align with safety, operational, and time-critical requirements.
- Prepare, circulate, and follow up on meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and action items.
Presentation, Document & Reporting Support
- Draft, format, and refine high-quality PowerPoint presentations, board papers, and internal reports.
- Work across business units to gather and chase content, ensuring timely and accurate contributions.
- Prepare internal communication drafts and leadership updates that reflect our tone and priorities.
Project Coordination & Action Tracking
- Support project management for key internal initiatives including rollouts, leadership events, and cross-functional projects.
- Track actions and deliverables, ensuring follow-through from all stakeholders.
- Help maintain structure and cadence in execution across multiple streams of work.
Strategic Planning & Leadership Engagement
- Coordinate and plan executive offsites, regional meetings, town halls, and leadership workshops.
- Manage a rolling 90-day strategic calendar of meetings, reviews, and key deliverables.
- Help prepare the Regional President for critical engagements with foresight and attention to detail.
Inbox, Communication & Relationship Management
- Manage and triage the Presidents inbox with discretion and prioritisation.
- Draft responses and coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships across the business from senior leadership to site-based teams
What We're Seeking:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an EA for multiple C Suite / Executives, across multiple geographies
- Proven track record of working under high pressure and to mission-critical deadlines
- Master communicator and manager of time
- Able and willing to travel internationally (within APAC)
- Undergraduate Degree (Masters Degree Preferred)
