Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Helpdesk Technician, who has a minimum 3 years experience on an Australian account, ideally supporting a retail business with brick and mortar stores.

The role:

  • Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests, including troubleshooting systems and devices for Windows computers
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees
  • Work with the IT and Operations teams on business initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or a similar role within an AUS entity
  • Microsoft Certified
  • Networking / Firewall experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field
