Customer Service Representative (Onsite, Day Shift)

You must be able and willing to work from site in Filinvest City, Alabang (Asian Star Building).

Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4 years ago (and growing to 175+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 500+ employees by 2028.

The role:

We have multiple vacancies across different client accounts. 

You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls from customers and clients, addressing level 1 matters. The role/s also include managing an inbox, and performing other administrative tasks.

You and your experience:

• 2 years experience in customer service role, ideally for an Australian client, in a trades based business (ie. field service)
• Available and able to work on site in Alabang / Filinvest City
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Exceptional time management skills and an ability to multi task
