Salesforce Developer | Part Time | WFH | Day Shift

*PART TIME ROLE - 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day*

Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO company operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, established only 5 years ago and growing to 200 team members since then.

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer, who has experience with CRM, Scheduler and Celigo (or equivalent middle-ware)

About you:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (Celigo).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (Lightning Flows, validation rules).
• Familiarity with roles, profiles, permission sets, and other security settings.
• Salesforce certification required - Developer or Consultant certification acceptable

The role:

• Develop, customise, and optimise Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Lightning App Builder, and other Salesforce technologies
• Deliver tailored solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud, plus others
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs to ensure smooth and secure data exchange
• Configure and maintain Lightning Flows, validation rules, and user/security settings
• Conduct code reviews, debug and troubleshoot system issues, and implement performance improvements
