Sales Support (Day Shift, Onsite)

Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 3.5 years ago (and growing to 175+ employees in that time).

We are an experienced Sales Support Officer, with a minimum of 3 years, working within an Australian company.

Pioneer program; our client is leading supplier of Italian styled, home appliances to Australian customers.

The role:

• Provide exceptional customer service through all interaction channels (voice, email)
• Prepare and process customer quotes, ensuring correct costs and margins are applied
• Create and set up new customer accounts in the ERP system
• Accurate and timely processing / keying of orders
• Maintain accurate sales and purchasing records, including raising of invoices

About you:

• Minimum 3 years experience working within an Australian company
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
