You must have technical support experience in consumer electronics, or alike to be qualified to apply.

You must also be able and willing to work from site in Filinvest City (Asian Star Building).

Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4 years ago (and growing to 175+ employees in that time).

The role:

You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls from customers and clients, performing Level 1 troubleshooting of home appliances, and guiding consumers through the warranty process.

The role also includes managing the service inbox, and performing other administrative tasks.

You and your experience:

  • 2 years technical support experience, ideally for an Australian client, in a trades based business (ie. field service)
  • Available and able to work on site in Alabang / Filinvest City
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional time management skills and an ability to multi task
