About the job Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Support | WFH
Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time).
We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.
Our client is seeking to expand on their existing remote team here in the Philippines, with multiple roles available for suitable candidates.
Our client designs solutions in the Project and Portfolio Management space that integrate seamlessly with the Microsoft cloud, including the worlds first apps for Microsoft Project.

The role:
- Provide second level application support / advice to clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide second level product support to our clients
- Resolve client issues and queries in an effective and timely manner
- Frequently communicate status of tickets and resolution to clients
- Maintain quality and meaningful information on tickets (internal and external notes) within internal ticketing system
- Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the Solutions team / Microsoft / Client Care Team Leader / Delivery Director
- Identify and assist the Client Care Team Leader and/or Altus team on potential areas for product enhancements, process improvement and strategic initiatives
- Guide clients through the Enhancement request process
- Monitor the health of our clients solutions, by performing preventative maintenance and health check reports
- Develop and update support documentation such as knowledge base articles or update process documentation on client records
You and your experience:
- Power Apps Model Driven Applications development experience
- Development experience in developing PowerApps customisations:
- PCF's
- Plugin's
- Power Automate
- Solution layering (managed/unmanaged layers)
- Integrations with other solutions
- Programming experience in:
- Javascript / C#
- React
- Powershell
- Experience with developing and supporting large web applications
- Experience with Monitoring, Telemetry & Proactive Support Eg. Use of Application Insights, Log Analytics / KQL (Proactive monitoring vs reactive debugging)
- Using a source code version control system such as AzureDevOps or Github
- Microsoft Certified
- 3+ years of providing support to users of Microsoft Office365 and Dynamics365 tools/technologies
- 3+years supporting users of PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, MS Form, and SharePoint (including administration and configuration)
- Intermediate experience in writing and understanding SQL queries
- Experience in writing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI Reports
- Experience in PowerShell as it relates to SharePoint or ability to make minor user interface changes in scripting languages such as JavaScript or JQuery
