CSR | Fixed Term | Day Shift

This is an onsite role in Alabang (day shift), on a fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent full time.

Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago, we are currently a global team of 250.

We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

Our client is an Australian based field workforce provider, you will be scheduling installations of satellite technology for a globally recognised brand.

Main responsibilities:

• Omni channel customer support (voice, email, chat)
• Providing a high level of customer support in a fast paced contact centre environment

You and your experience:

• 2 years experience in a field service scheduling role, ideally for telco, satellite TV or similar
• Proven experience working to KPI's, in a fast paced support environment
• Available and able to work on site in Alabang / Filinvest City
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Exceptional time management skills and an ability to multi task
