Operations Manager | Onsite | Day Shift

This is an onsite role in Alabang (day shift), on a fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent full time.

Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago, we are currently a global team of 250.

We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

Our client is an Australian based field workforce provider, you will be responsible for leading their support command centre for a globally recognised technology brand.

Full details of the role responsibilities will be discussed during prescreening. 

You and your experience:

• 5 years experience as an Operations Manager overseeing LOB's with a minimum 50 FTE, in a 24/7 omnichannel support environment
• Experience as an Operations Manager on a technology LOB, that requires in-field / home servicing or installation will be highly regarded (i.e.. satellite install or similar)
• A deep understanding of omni channel support metrics, and performance levers
• Proven experience developing solutions to improve business performance and partner success (think KPI's, service levels, candidate onboarding etc)
• Available and able to work on site in Alabang / Filinvest City
• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field, Masters Degree highly regarded
