Social Media Specialist | Hybrid | Day Shift

This role is a hybrid work setup, in Alabang.

Platinum Outsourcing is one of Australia's fastest growing companies, we are a co sourcing BPO – operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago, currently a global team of 250, we have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

Must haves:

• 3 years of experience in website management, digital content publishing, or CMS in an Australian entity
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilitlies:

• Ensure websites are current with new product content in a timely manner
• Collaborate with marketing, to create content that supports campaigns and brand messaging
• Ensure website content (product & static) is accurate and up to date across all websites
• Maintain Digital Asset Library
• Prepare and report on eDM performance for each business unit ensuring projects are within budget.
• Use analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven improvements
• Ensure all content adheres to legal, copyright, and privacy standards
