About Us: What are we looking to build

Our partner games are building casual social games for women. Our games have a global appeal and are inspired from classic game mechanics. Our ambition is to build a studio in India that is able to ship world class games. We are backed by highly sought after premium global gaming VCs, Makers FundPlay ventures and a clutch of other marquee investors.

Summary of the Job

As a Mid-Level Motion Graphic Artist, you'll be a key part of making our games come to life with beautiful and interesting motion graphics. You will work with the art and design teams to make interesting animations, trailers, and other advertising materials that will keep our players interested and get them excited about our games. This job gives you a great chance to show off your creative skills and help make our gaming projects successful.

Getting things done

  • Make high-quality animations and motion graphics for game assets, marketing materials, videos, and marketing campaigns.

  • Work closely with the art and design teams to make sure that the motion graphics fit with the games' general look and story.

  • Create ideas for motion graphics and storyboards so that game features, story elements, and marketing messages can be communicated effectively.

  • Use industry-standard software and tools to make graphics and effects that look great.

  • Optimize motion graphics for different devices to make sure they run smoothly and look good.

  • Keep up with the latest industry trends, new tools, and techniques to keep your skills sharp and give the team new ideas.

  • Keep project files and paperwork in order to make it easier for team members to work together.

  • Help come up with marketing plans by giving creative ideas and offering interesting visual assets.

  • Work with teams from different areas to make sure that the motion graphics are done on time and meet the needs of the project.

  • Give advice and help to younger artists when they need it.

Getting Ready

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related area, or equivalent work experience.

  • You have worked in motion graphics professionally for at least 2 years and have a strong portfolio that shows off your work in the gaming business.

  • Software used in the business, like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, should be used well.

  • Strong knowledge of how animation works, how timing works, and how to tell a story.

  • If you know how to model and animate in 3D, that's a plus.

  • You pay close attention to details and have a good sense of how things look.

  • Ability to work well with other people in a team setting.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to share and support your creative ideas.

  • A love for games and a knowledge of the culture of games.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
