Role: Senior Product Manager

: Bangalore | Work Mode: In Office

As Senior. Product Manager, your goal is to create the best and most enjoyable live service experience possible for our players. Your combination of strategic thinking, creativity and analytical skills will enable you to develop actionable strategies and content plans that drive key metrics to achieve the right balance between providing amazing player experiences and maximizing revenue. You should be a great team player who understands how to positively influence cross-functional teams by implementing features that will ultimately elevate our games to the top of the leaderboard for our players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the entire product/game lifecycle, from researching the competition to writing specifications, and working across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Implement your leadership skills in product judgment, product strategy and clear, measurable goals.
  • Analyze data and provide key insights on product performance and identify ways to improve engagement and monetise.
  • Collaborate with other teams to build forecasts and business models that help in articulating financial goals.
  • Design and manage live content, campaigns and features that maximize acquisition, engagement and monetization throughout the product life cycle.
  • Collaboratively work with the game teams to create best-in-class strategies for live service levers within your product area.
  • Identify and implement optimizations to improve player experience and KPIs.. 
  • Directly influence KPI growth by assisting in operational planning.


  • At least 5 to 8 years of product management experience.
  • 4+ years experience in Live mobile game business models and products.
  • Strong passion for games and creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences.
  • Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Having a strong understanding of the game economy and monetisation.
  • Passion for dissecting and analyzing games, systems features, and core engagement loops.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative forecasting/modelling skills with a focus on
    data-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to react and effectively execute in the face of change.
  • Detail-oriented and driven to pursue execution excellence.
  • Strong communication skills with partners and stakeholders.
  • Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business in related fields.
