Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the planning and prioritization of features and enhancements to ensure a competitive and engaging gaming experience.
  • Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond for a portfolio of games.
  • Drive product development initiatives, collaborating with game development, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the gaming industry. Use insights to inform product decisions and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve product performance, engagement, and monetization.
  • Implement data-driven optimizations and iterate on features to enhance user satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to product management teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Set clear goals and expectations, empower team members, and facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, developers, marketers, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. Communicate product updates, milestones, and strategies to stakeholders and solicit feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Work closely with finance and business teams to develop revenue forecasts, budget plans, and pricing strategies. Monitor financial performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Champion the user experience and advocate for features and enhancements that enhance gameplay, retention, and satisfaction. Collaborate with design and UX teams to create intuitive interfaces and compelling interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4+ years in the F2P Mobile games industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing gaming products, with a focus on mobile and/or online platforms.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and monetization strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for gaming and a commitment to delivering exceptional player experiences.
