About Us: What are we looking to build

Our partner games are building casual social games for women. Our games have a global appeal and are inspired from classic game mechanics. Our ambition is to build a studio in India that is able to ship world class games. We are backed by highly sought after premium global gaming VCs, Makers Fund, Play ventures and a clutch of other marquee investors.

Your primary goal is to craft captivating and immersive gaming experiences that resonate with millions of players. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the design focal point within a compact, high-performing team.
• Take charge of Prototyping and R&D initiatives.
• Draft clear and concise design specifications outlining the functionality of game features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Programming, Art, QA) to ensure adherence to specifications and achieve world-class quality.
• Hands-on involvement with editing tools for UI integration, polishing, and fine-tuning.
• Formulate and balance intricate in-game economies.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, guiding them toward the attainment of objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Prototyping and R&D.
• Strong proficiency in game development tools like Unity, Unreal, or Construct.
• Skillful in crafting formulas and queries using Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software.
• Exceptional design skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
