  • Designing, implementing, and testing of game functionality based on design, using Unreal 4 
  • Write clean, professional, and maintainable code 
  • Continuous refinement and optimization of existing code 
  • Assist in producing prototypes of gameplay ideas and features with audio 
  • Communication and collaboration with other team members in different departments (e.g. Art, Design, Production) and Audio design. 
  • Proactively problem-solve performance and stability issues when necessary related to Audio 
  • Identify bugs and issues and suggest solutions to mitigate problems, together with Quality Assurance 
  • Implementing audio assets into the game 
  • Implement additional tools for audio designers and artists as necessary 
  • Integrating audio systems in game subsystems  
  • Responsible for testing and debugging code and providing technical support for the audio tools  


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline or equivalent work experience 
  • Advanced C++ programming skills 
  • 2+ years of experience at a professional video game company 
  • Experience in using Unreal 4
  • Advanced 3D Math and Linear Algebra skills 
  • Solid understanding of audio creation and design processes 
  • Familiar with modern practices of object-oriented programming and processes 
  • Expert understanding middleware audio APIs like Miles, FMOD, or Wwise 


  • Capability of developing plugins for audio middleware. 
  • Released a console title with responsibility for Audio programming 
  • Familiar with console-specific needs for audio when developing games for these platforms
