About the job HR Assistant (Malta)

  • Fulltime, Malta office (hybrid work model is possible: part of the week on-site/remote)
  • As the HR Assistant, you will be supporting and reporting directly to Operations Manager

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Control of office supplies including equipment, stationery, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
  • In charge of contact with the cleaning company
  • Helping with company event organization
  • Schedule events, meetings, conference calls, appointments and update the calendars for the Director and Managers
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, etc)
  • Organize travel arrangements for senior management and guests such as flights, hotels and taxis
  • Execution of other tasks which management may impose from time to time
  • Coordinate, maintain, and create HR related files and records
  • Prepare all HR reporting (absenteeism, staff reporting, benefits, etc)
  • Helping out with appraisals, objectives, and catch ups with employees
  • Updating company procedures and handbook, keeping it up to date
  • Reviewing employment contract templates
  • Getting familiar with our HR software and keeping employee information updated
  • Keeping track of promotions, raises, contract durations
  • Keeping recruitment tracker up to date
  • Sorting out Non-Disclosure agreements
  • Maintain and process records for Sick and Vacation Leave
  • Supporting Operations Manager in daily tasks, covering some of the tasks when Operations Manager is on leave or sick

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience within office work
  • Professional level of English is required - written and verbal
  • Proficient user in all MS Office applications

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Diploma/Degree in HR is seen as an asset
  • Experience in the gamedev industry
