    Key activities

    At Pleez, we are developing the Next Generation of Smart Menus to help restaurants increasing their profitability in such a competitive landscape and after the COVID pandemic. 

    Pleez has already partnered with over 200 restaurants in Portugal, Germany and Dubai. We want to keep growing more and more, and our goal is to build a top talent team.

    Team is a key factor for the success of startups, and we are looking for the ideal person to build this team. We’re looking for someone with an ambition to join a startup developing a solution to transform one of the largest industries in the world.

    This person will be responsible for:

    • Define team structure, compensation & incentives;

    • Draw and implement Personal Development Plans;

    • Identify retention strategies, and decrease our talent turnover;

    • Build Pleez People Team;

    • Defining the recruitment strategy and needs for Pleez;

    • Structure recruitment processes;

    • Manage and partner up with Recruitment Agencies;

    This person will be working side by side with the leadership team. We are recruiting this person at an early stage, because people are at our core.


    Ideal profile

    1. Emphatic to identify and convince the best talent to join Pleez;
    2. Focused on people development and aware of challenges related to retaining top-talent;
    3. A talent-centric person: we are looking for someone who wants to work and recruit the best talent;
    4. Critical mindset to give inputs and define the ideal team structure;
    5. +3 years in People team or similar position at a company that has talent at its core;
