How cool do you think it is to create a new industry? At Pleez we are helping restaurants optimise their food delivery revenues. We created the first powerBI for restaurants, that matches performance data (sales, orders, margin, etc) with market intelligence (competition, live promotions, market evolution) to give strategic insights.

You will be joining a team of talented people from different backgrounds that belong to the 1.8% (percentage of candidates that we make an offer).

We are currently operating in Iberia (>300 restaurants) and we are now preparing our expansion to the UK.

The role

Your role will be to lead the sales launch of Pleez in London. Youll design an initial strategy, execute growth tactics, build a team, track and report on their success and repeat over and over again to ensure that we hit our growth targets.

We are looking for someone willing to start from scratch with the ability to build and lead a team.


Responsibilities

  • Launch Pleez on a new market with huge potential;

  • Identify potential leads and convert into leads qualified;

  • Define best sales processes and meetings approach;

  • Solve and answer customers' questions;

  • Build and manage the sales team;

  • Continuously mentor and develop people to increase their sales capabilities and capacity.


Ideal profile

  • Strong leadership abilities;

  • Fluent english understanding, both spoken and written;

  • Strong sales ability and commercial awareness;

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;

  • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills;

  • Previous experience in food tech and start-ups is a plus.
