Real Estate Associate

A national firm with a highly ranked real estate practice is expanding its group in Washington, D.C.

The firm is known for its strong presence in the real estate sector and offers a collegial environment with substantial mentoring. They are looking to add an associate to a busy team handling high-profile commercial transactions, developments, and regulatory matters across the region.

The role requires one to four years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on acquisitions, leasing, and development. Candidates should have a background in local regulatory matters, such as TOPA, and must hold an active bar license in D.C., Maryland, or Virginia.

The base salary for this position ranges from $220,000 to $280,000, depending on experience, with eligibility for incentive bonus programs.
