The Role

We're looking for an experienced Hearing Representative to join the team. You'll manage a diverse caseload of lien files end-to-end — from rating permanent disability under the AMA Guides and reviewing medical records, through to negotiating liens, completing settlement documents, and appearing before judges at MSCs, Status Conferences, and Walk-Through settlements. You'll also maintain proactive client communication and deliver regular written case summaries.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum three years' experience as a Hearing Representative in California Workers' Compensation Defense (required)
• Solid working knowledge of CA Workers' Compensation law
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency
• Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to client service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
