About the Role

In this position, you will focus on high-stakes employment litigation, taking on significant responsibility in managing complex cases from start to finish.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Litigating sophisticated California wage-hour class actions, PAGA cases, and complex discrimination and harassment matters.
  • Drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery requests.
  • Preparing and arguing key motions to advance case strategies.
  • Preparing witnesses for depositions, as well as taking and defending depositions.
  • Managing multiple litigation projects efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Partnering closely with team members to serve a diverse and dynamic client base on cutting-edge legal issues.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • 4 to 6 years of dedicated employment litigation experience.
  • Active California State bar license in good standing.
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Strong academic credentials paired with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to thrive both independently and within a team-oriented culture.
