Responsibilities:

  • Lead Odoo Implementations: Manage the full lifecycle of Odoo ERP projects, from requirements gathering to user training.
  • Customization Expert: Tailor Odoo modules to meet client-specific needs, ensuring maximum functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Dive deep into clients' business processes and deliver solutions that address their unique challenges.
  • System Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of configurations, ensuring a seamless, bug-free experience for clients.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide post-implementation support, training, and continuous optimization to ensure clients maximize their use of the system.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and best practices, offering informed recommendations to clients.
  • Documentation: Create clear, detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides for future reference.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Odoo implementation or a similar role, with a solid understanding of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and POS). Knowledge in F&B business is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Python, XML, and PostgreSQL is advantageous. Knowledge of system integrations is a plus.
  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to break down complex systems into simple terms, and work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Team Player: While capable of working independently, you thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Certifications: Odoo or ERP system certifications are a plus.
