IT Supervisor

- Main Responsibilities:

1) Supervise and mentor IT support and infrastructure staff to ensure smooth daily operations

2) Design, implement, and maintain secure network and system environments

3) Manage and monitor cybersecurity protocols, tools, and incident response procedures

4) Administer and optimize VMware environments and virtualized infrastructure

5) Oversee firewall configurations, updates, and security policy enforcement

6) Collaborate with senior management on IT strategy, risk assessments, and compliance

- Main Requirements:

1) 6 to 9 years of experience in IT operations, with a strong background in:

1. Cybersecurity principles and tools

2. VMware virtualization platforms

3. Network infrastructure and security

4. Firewall management (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, etc.)

2) Proven experience in team leadership or IT project supervision

3) Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

4) Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware, CISSP, CCNP Security, CEH) are a strong plus
