About the job Project Manager
Develop and implement comprehensive PMO plans and processes for the PMO internal project management to ensure projects are well defined and able to deliver
Ensure project management standards are being executed across the IT project portfolio
Drive improvements into the PMO program and ensure industry best practices and leveraged
Perform team member supervision including performance management, career growth and development
Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects
Implement project communications including project steering committee meetings and status reports Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project delivers on schedule and within budget
Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly reviews, retrospectives, and other project related meetings
Document project objectives and key deliverables
Responsible for escalation of critical issues to project sponsors
Responsible for the delivery of small to medium scope projects of moderate complexity that often represents cross-organizational initiatives
Typical skills, and background:
-Qualifications and Experiences :
Bachelor degree & preferred Project management Diploma or Certificate.
Experience in the Project management Field.
At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
Certificates : PMP / PRINCE II
Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.

Proficiency in computer applications
