About the job Lead Product Designer
- Help grow and foster a high-performance UX team by being accountable for overseeing the implementation of the standards across multiple squads
- Play a key role in helping us realize the vision, and define the next generation of user experience
- Actively participate in product definition, roadmap planning, in a multidisciplinary environment with product lead, UX researchers, and tech partners
- Conduct discovery activities to define high-level user journeys identifying key features and capabilities needed
- Leverage his/her knowledge and experience in design thinking to plan and facilitate ideation and alignment workshops with product stakeholders
