- Role: Admin Assistant to CTO 

- Main Responsibilities:

1) Provide administrative support to the CTO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

2) Act as a liaison between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders

3) Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and technical documentation

4) Track action items, project milestones, and follow-ups across various initiatives

5) Handle confidential information

- Main Requirements:

1) 5 to 10 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant, preferably in the IT or tech sector

2) Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

3) Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project/task management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)

4) Strong written and verbal English communication skills

5) A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
