Job Summary:

Plutus21 Partners is seeking a people-centric and highly organized Office Manager based in Morocco to support core HR operations, talent acquisition, and office management. This role is execution-focused with growth potential into broader HR & People Operations. Youll work closely with internal teams and cross-border stakeholders to enable operational efficiency and a positive employee experience across Plutus21s global presence.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in HR coordination, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. You bring a proactive mindset, professional communication, and the ability to support cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview logistics across functions
  • Assist with office management tasks, including vendor coordination, supplies, and day-to-day office operations.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.

  • Assist with client-related HR coordination, staffing requests, and administrative support.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and recruitment updates for internal review.

  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance with local labor laws and global policies.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support roles.

  • Proven experience with end-to-end candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Demonstrated exposure to office management and HR administrative processes.

  • Basic experience supporting teams and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; English required (French and/or Arabic is a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-scaling company across multiple geographies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related tools(Trello,Hubspot,etc)
