About the Role: 

Plutus21 Capital is seeking a high-potential, driven individual to join our team as an Investor Relations & Growth Associate/Analyst. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is deeply curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn about finance, investing, and the inner workings of an investment firm.

You don't need prior investor relations experience; what matters most is a solution-oriented mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a desire to grow. You will work closely with senior team members across investor relations, operations, marketing, finance, and research, gaining unique exposure and hands-on experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with global investors and stakeholders

  • Communicate regularly with investors, sharing updates, answering questions, and representing the firm with clarity and professionalism

  • Collaborate on investor materials, including presentations, reports, and marketing content

  • Support investor engagement efforts, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and CRM updates

  • Analyze investor data, market insights, and performance trends to support strategic decision-making

  • Help refine and execute investor communications and reporting processes

  • Work cross-functionally with teams in operations, marketing, finance, and research to ensure consistency and alignment in external messaging

  • Continuously learn about financial markets, investment strategies, and fund operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience (internships or entry-level experience welcome)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in international contexts (e.g., US investor base)

  • Detail-oriented and structured, with a natural ability to organize and prioritize

  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial data, even if you're still building technical skills

  • A background or academic exposure to finance is a plus, but not required

  • Proactive and self-driven, you take ownership and look for ways to improve processes

  • Curious and open to learning across multiple functions (investor relations, operations, finance, marketing, research)

  • A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or presentation tools is a plus
