Role Overview

Plutus21 Partners is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to target accounts. In this role, you will identify key decision-makers, understand their compliance needs, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team. This position plays a vital role in building pipeline through strategic outreach and close collaboration with Marketing and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect into an assigned new logo account list to identify contacts who may need our solutions.
  • Continually learn to diagnose clients compliance challenges and how we might help them.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key buying personas within prospect accounts and secure commitment to discuss their compliance needs and our solutions in more detail with a designated sales representative.
  • Schedule discovery meetings between qualified potential buyers and the the sales team that results in closed/won business.
  • Collaborate with assigned sales representative(s) on call/email campaigns within targeted accounts.
  • Gather and document market intelligence from prospect accounts on competitive solutions that they may be using.
  • Implement outbound prospecting campaigns developed by Marketing, Product and Commercial Leadership.
  • Document engagement activity within Salesforce.com.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of successful sales prospecting or business development experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com.
  • English Proficiency
