About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, senior-level Marketing Automation Manager to lead the hands-on execution and optimization of our global marketing automation programs while also contributing to strategic planning and roadmap development. This individual will be deeply involved in day-to-day campaign operations, data management, and system optimization to ensure flawless execution and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Automation Execution (~60%)

  • Own day-to-day Marketo operations, including campaign setup, testing, QA, deployment, and performance optimization.

  • Build and maintain complex multitouch nurtures, scoring models, and A/B testing frameworks.

  • Manage inquiry capture workflows and routing processes, ensuring accuracy and speed from form fill to SFDC.

  • Collaborate with offshore execution resources to ensure consistent quality, timely delivery, and process efficiency.

  • Partner with digital and web teams on dynamic chat, personalization, and lead capture enhancements.

  • Monitor and resolve data integrity and system issues to support campaign accuracy and reporting.

Strategy and Optimization (~40%)

  • Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of the global marketing automation roadmap.

  • Partner cross-functionally to align automation strategy with campaign goals, segmentation, and lifecycle initiatives.

  • Drive continuous improvement in automation processes, lead scoring, and audience targeting.

  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure performance and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to support localization and scalable campaign frameworks.

  • Provide documentation and training to empower stakeholders and reinforce process adoption.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on Marketo experience, with proven success managing global campaign execution and optimization.

  • 5+ years of SFDC experience, including deep knowledge of Marketo/SFDC integration and data flow.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational workflows and deliver high-quality, error-free campaigns.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, performance tracking, and data-driven decision making.

  • Proven ability to balance executional excellence with strategic alignment.

  • Highly autonomous and resourceful, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Experience collaborating with offshore or external agency resources to scale operations.

  • Prior experience in a global B2B environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with languages including Python, Velocity, SQL, JSON, and HTML.

  • Power BI or similar BI tool experience for performance reporting.

  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as RingLead.
