Role Overview
Plutus21 Partners is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to target accounts. In this role, you will identify key decision-makers, understand their compliance needs, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team. This position plays a vital role in building pipeline through strategic outreach and close collaboration with Marketing and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect into an assigned new logo account list to identify contacts who may need our solutions.
- Continually learn to diagnose clients compliance challenges and how we might help them.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key buying personas within prospect accounts and secure commitment to discuss their compliance needs and our solutions in more detail with a designated sales representative.
- Schedule discovery meetings between qualified potential buyers and the sales team that results in closed/won business.
- Collaborate with assigned sales representative(s) on call/email campaigns within targeted accounts.
- Gather and document market intelligence from prospect accounts on competitive solutions that they may be using.
- Implement outbound prospecting campaigns developed by Marketing, Product and Commercial Leadership.
- Document engagement activity within Salesforce.com.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of successful sales prospecting or business development experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com.
- English and French Proficiency
