Job Summary

Plutus21 is looking for a Freelance Website Designer to create modern, visually engaging, and user-friendly website designs. This is a project-based freelance position, where you will be engaged on an as-needed basis depending on upcoming website and digital design projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics and understands how to translate business requirements and brand guidelines into compelling digital experiences.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Growth, Product, and Design teams to develop website concepts, landing pages, campaign pages, and other digital experiences. The role will involve collaborating on individual projects from concept and design through to final delivery, with flexibility depending on project requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites and landing pages.
• Create website layouts, page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate briefs, business requirements, and brand guidelines into effective website designs.
• Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Create landing pages optimized for clarity, engagement, and conversion.
• Develop reusable design components and maintain visual consistency across pages.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
• Review implemented designs and provide feedback to ensure design quality.
• Stay updated on current web design, UI/UX, and digital design trends.
• Make revisions based on feedback and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Website Designer, Web Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating website and landing-page design.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
• Understanding of typography, layout, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
