Job Summary

Plutus21 Partners is looking for a Value Creation Specialist to work directly with the Partners, managing day-to-day priorities that keep their time focused on high-value decisions while also leading internal initiatives and client engagements.The ideal candidate is equally comfortable organizing a Partner's week and preparing a client-facing summary the following day, able to context-switch quickly, operate with minimal supervision, and exercise sound judgment on when to act independently and when to escalate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track open action items, follow-ups, and commitments across meetings and communications to ensure nothing is missed or delayed
  • Prepare briefs, agendas, and background materials to ensure full alignment ahead of engagements
  • Handle correspondence where delegated, maintaining appropriate tone and standards in all communications
  • Manage calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and proactive identification of conflicts or bottlenecks before they affect operations
  • Attend internal meetings as a representative, exercise pre-authorized judgment where required, and deliver clear summaries with recommended next steps
  • Take ownership of specific workstreams within firm-wide initiatives, advancing progress between check-ins rather than solely monitoring status
  • Attend client meetings when required, capturing key information and managing follow-through professionally
  • Contribute to client-facing deliverables including research summaries, meeting recaps, and project updates
  • Ensure that client commitments are tracked and fulfilled on time, upholding the firm's standards in all external communications

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional services, consulting, or business operations environment
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership in a demanding, multi-priority environment is strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient across project management platforms, CRM systems, and standard productivity tools, with the ability to adopt new systems quickly
  • Proactive and self-directed, with a consistent record of identifying what needs to be done and following through without repeated instruction
  • Adaptable to a dynamic scope of responsibilities that will shift in line with firm priorities and growth
