Job Summary

At PM Adept, client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a Colombian-based reliable Technical Project Manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide outstanding customer service. Applicants should also be proficient with spreadsheets and other productivity/audit/tracking software(s).

We are searching for a composed and astute person to help conceptualize and oversee multiple projects within our organization. To this end, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for detecting gaps that can be closed by projects, collaborating with coworkers to propose reasonable endeavors, and overseeing the allocation of financial and human resources. The person should also have initiative and willingness to learn and master new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Exceptional communication (speaking and writing) skills in English and Spanish; preferably, a native speaker of both.
  • Handle communications through several parties & companies coordinating within different time zones.
  • You identify the right contact person in the company, understand their problems, and show customer-specific solutions according to our workflows.
  • Manage incoming requests from several parties and industries according to internal processes and workflows, delivering expected results within tight timelines.
  • Perform frequent evaluations of the organization and suggestions for organizing resources and tasks.
  • Establish contact to onboard and incorporate new companies.
  • Manage various prospecting clients.
  • Continuous development by our experienced team members with knowledge transfer, best practices, role plays, and 1:1 meetings
  • Maintain constant tracking of multiple projects and tasks and ensure deliverability.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to identify customer and prospect sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the field.
  • Exceptional communication (speaking and writing) skills in English and Spanish; preferably, a native speaker of both.
  • Leadership and team building skills.
  • The ability to manage and lead team members from different departments. 
  • An absolute drive to succeed.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Being a people person.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with a range of customers, from individual contributors to C-levels.
  • Experience in providing customer-facing support to Enterprise Accounts.
  • The capability to work independently, be goal-oriented, and contribute your ideas.
  • Experience in Notion, Timely, Adobe Creative Cloud, Hubspot, Atlassian, Asana, and G-Suite is a plus!
  • PM-related certifications are a plus!

  • Compensation: 2.800.000 COP under a Prestación de Servicios (Service Provision) Contract + Benefits of Paid Pension and Social Security + Paid Vacation Leave
  • Initiation: ASAP.
