Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate digital enthusiast to manage multiple social media accounts on a part-time basis for our client, a high-impact charity foundation in Medellín, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media platforms and how to use them to achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute effective campaigns on different social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and make adjustments accordingly.
  • Create and curate engaging and relevant content for our online audience.
  • Maintain an active and positive presence on social media, interacting with followers and
    responding to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in the brand image online 6.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital world.
    

Requirements

  • Proficient in English (Spoken and Written).
  • Proven experience in social media management for a brand or business.
  • In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced knowledge of social media monitoring and analytics tools.
  • Content writing and editing skills to create engaging and effective posts. 
    

Compensation and Additional Information

  • Position based in Medellín (Not remote).
  • Compensation of 1,500,000 COP per month under a Prestación de Servicios contract. Contractor must pay and show proof of payment for their health insurance, ARL, and pension obligations.
