Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate digital enthusiast to manage multiple social media accounts on a part-time basis for our client, a high-impact charity foundation in Medellín, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media platforms and how to use them to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute effective campaigns on different social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and make adjustments accordingly.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for our online audience.
- Maintain an active and positive presence on social media, interacting with followers and
responding to inquiries. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in the brand image online 6.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital world.
Requirements
- Proficient in English (Spoken and Written).
- Proven experience in social media management for a brand or business.
- In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced knowledge of social media monitoring and analytics tools.
- Content writing and editing skills to create engaging and effective posts.
Compensation and Additional Information
- Position based in Medellín (Not remote).
- Compensation of 1,500,000 COP per month under a Prestación de Servicios contract. Contractor must pay and show proof of payment for their health insurance, ARL, and pension obligations.
