About the job Organizational Development Lead (Monthly Salary up to Php 50,000)
A confidential HR consulting firm is seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Lead to support both internal initiatives and client engagements. This role requires a strategic yet practical OD professional who can design, deliver, and evaluate people-centered interventions that drive organizational effectiveness and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement OD programs such as organization assessments, culture building, talent development, team effectiveness, and change management.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to diagnose needs and co-create relevant OD strategies.

Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and planning sessions.

Support internal organizational initiatives related to employee engagement, leadership development, and performance enablement.

Develop tools, frameworks, and reports to measure program impact and effectiveness.

Stay informed of emerging trends and methodologies in the OD space.
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of solid experience in Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or a related field.

Strong exposure to designing and executing OD initiatives in either corporate or consulting environments.

Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.

Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple engagements.

Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. Postgraduate studies or certification in OD is a plus.
