A confidential HR consulting firm is seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Lead to support both internal initiatives and client engagements. This role requires a strategic yet practical OD professional who can design, deliver, and evaluate people-centered interventions that drive organizational effectiveness and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement OD programs such as organization assessments, culture building, talent development, team effectiveness, and change management.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to diagnose needs and co-create relevant OD strategies.

  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and planning sessions.

  • Support internal organizational initiatives related to employee engagement, leadership development, and performance enablement.

  • Develop tools, frameworks, and reports to measure program impact and effectiveness.

  • Stay informed of emerging trends and methodologies in the OD space.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of solid experience in Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or a related field.

  • Strong exposure to designing and executing OD initiatives in either corporate or consulting environments.

  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple engagements.

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. Postgraduate studies or certification in OD is a plus.
