About the Role
The Liaison Supervisor will manage government-related processes tied to motorcycle registration, permits, licenses, and vehicle paperwork. The person in this role will liaise between government offices and internal teams to keep processing on schedule, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide day-to-day leadership to the Liaison team.
Key Responsibilities
Government & Regulatory Coordination
Manage the full cycle of registrations, renewals, permits, licenses, OR/CRs, and plate releases for motorcycles
Serve as the primary point of contact with the LTO and other government bodies, ensuring transactions remain compliant and on schedule
Track applications in progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks or delays
Stay on top of regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to internal departments and branches
Process & Compliance
Act as the internal go-to resource for questions on registration requirements, documentation, and government processes
Continuously improve internal procedures to strengthen compliance and speed up registration turnaround
Review documents and reports for accuracy and proper recordkeeping
Safeguard company documents, funds, and sensitive information at all times
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner closely with Accounting, Sales, Operations, Audit, Merchandising, suppliers, and other teams on registration-related matters
Monitor related costs, including payments, petty cash, and travel requests
Visit branches periodically to confirm procedures are being followed consistently
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the Liaison team
Handle operational issues, branch or customer concerns, and regulatory matters as they arise
Build team capability and consistency across all registration-related workflows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in liaison work, government transactions, vehicle registration, or similar administrative roles.
Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
Knowledge of LTO processes (OR/CR issuance, plate release, permits, renewals) is a plus.
Strong skills in coordination, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office.
Good communicator who works well with people inside and outside the company.
Open to traveling to branches and government offices as needed.
Valid driver's license is a plus.
